Collaboration with High Schools/Vocational Schools in Bandung
Bandung – At Janusa Quality Center (JQC) Bandung, our mission to enhance Japanese language and professional education continues to evolve through meaningful strategic partnerships and educational initiatives. In the first half of 2024, JQC Bandung has taken significant steps to expand its network and implement our Education and Career Program (ECP) across various educational institutions in West Java.
Strengthening Ties through MoUs
Our journey this year began with a series of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) aimed at bridging the gap between vocational schools and industry needs. The schools and academies that have established collaborations with JQC include:
SMK Pariwisata Telkom Bandung
We signed an MoU on March 20, 2024, followed by a comprehensive presentation at our Bandung office. The event was attended by prominent educational leaders and marked the beginning of a series of orientations for students and their parents.
SMK Prima Mulya Bogor
A similar MoU was signed on April 3, 2024, laying the groundwork for further student engagement through tailored sessions on the financial schemes of the ECP and the benefits of joining our Janusa E-Cooperative.
SMA N 14 Bandung
The MoU signing took place on April 3, 2024, from 10:00 to 11:00 WIB, followed by an ECP program presentation in the school’s hall, attended by Principal Mrs. Evi Vironita, Vice Principal Mrs. Titin Komariah, and several teachers.
Sekolah Tinggi Bahasa Asing Bandung
Our latest partnership commenced on April 25, 2024, focusing on preparing students in the hospitality and language sectors to meet evolving industry standards.
These partnerships are not mere formalities but stepping stones to creating a robust ecosystem where students can thrive and adapt to the dynamic demands of the workforce.
Educational Outreach and Impact
Following these agreements, JQC Bandung conducted several outreach sessions:
At SMK Pariwisata Telkom, we held interactive dialogues with parents and continued educational sessions for 10th and 11th graders, discussing the details of our ECP and its long-term benefits.
At SMA N 14 Bandung, plans are underway for extensive interactions with students at all levels, scheduled for mid-May 2024, to further integrate our program into their curriculum.
Future Engagements and International Opportunities
Looking ahead, JQC Bandung is poised for international collaborations. Notably, our upcoming engagements with the Japan Foundation and NPO CAME Japan promise to open new avenues for our students in sectors such as hospitality and caregiving. These interactions not only provide international exposure but also align with our commitment to offering education that meets global standards.
